The Quest Q30+ is a versatile high-end detector in the mid-price range. It is very light, suitable for beginners and advanced users and completely waterproof up to 5 meters underwater. It offers many practical functions, such as six different search modes for all possible areas of application, automatic and manual floor adjustment, a pinpoint function and much more.
Suitable for every application
The Quest Q30+ is a metal detector for every situation. It offers presets for searching in parks, in fields, on the beach, in salt water and two different gold search modes. Depending on the soil condition and the target objects, the modes can be adjusted according to one's own preferences by means of discrimination, soil adjustment and sound settings.
For every level of experience
With its wide range of presets and ease of use, the Q30+ is wonderfully suitable for beginners in the metal detector hobby. However, due to its extensive setting options, even advanced sondlers will get their money's worth. Thanks to its low weight and easy length with cam-locks adjustable linkage, the Q30+ can also be adapted to any height.
Conductance, discrimination, pinpoint function and ground alignment
The Quest Q30+ provides all the functions of a good metal detector. By discrimination, 25 conductance segments can be discriminated, i.e. hidden, in order to filter out objects of a certain conductance spectrum during the search. With the pinpoint function, the finds can be located to the nearest centimetre in order to avoid long digging. The soil adjustment can be carried out automatically and manually in order to take into account the natural mineralization of the soil during the search and not to get interference signals.
Advantages of Q30+ over Q30
Compared to the Q30, the Q30+ offers a built-in wireless module, which allows searching without disturbing headphone cable with the included wireless headphones. In addition, the tonebreak function allows different threshold values to be assigned to the individual signal tones, so that it is individually adjustable from which guide values a different tone can be heard.
